Place your order online and collect from your nearest store when it suits you.
When your items are ready for collection, we'll send you an email to let you know they've arrived, typically within 1 - 3 days. During promotional periods, the delivery time may be extended, but we will endeavour to get your order ready as soon as possible.
You would be asked to show your order confirmation and card that you paid with or a form of identification - your passport or driving licence. If for any reason, you are unable to collect the order in person, please contact us on email@example.com
RETURN & EXHANGE POLICY
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if you’ve changed your mind, that’s ok! You have 14 days to drop off in our store or send it back to us from the day after you receive your order. Delivery cost will be in customer’s own expense.
Condition of returns
All items should be returned new, unused and have all their tags and original packaging. Shoes and accessories must be returned with their original boxes, along with the completed Returns Note to allow easy identification and prompt processing.
Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale — i.e. used, soiled, washed or damaged, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Please contact our Customer Services Team should you wish to return a faulty item. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All our orders are quality controlled and checked before being dispatched. However, if an item you receive is damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to assist you.
Our refund will be issued to your original payment card within five working days of us receiving the returned item(s). However, some payment providers can take up to 14 days to credit your account. When the return is processed, we'll send you an email confirming your refund. All refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.
If you paid by PayPal or Alipay and return your purchases via post, your payment will be refunded to the same Paypal or Alipay account. If you return your PayPal or Alipay purchases in store, we can only exchange or refund them to a gift card.
